OCMS programs are designed to help individuals and families, who have encountered certain obstacles, develop the resources and supports to live a satisfying, naturally interdependent life. Services are available to adults and children residing in Onondaga County.

Children and Youth Referral Process
     To make a child or youth referral, please call (315) 463-1100 to reach the ACCESS Team.

Parent(s) or the child/youth’s Primary Caregiver are encouraged to be the initiating referral source and the one placing the call to the ACCESS Team.

Please do not submit paper SPOA referrals any longer as a request for services. Instead, please call (315) 463-1100. Thank you.
