To make a child or youth referral, please call (315) 463-1100 to reach the ACCESS Team.
Parent(s) or the child/youth’s Primary Caregiver are encouraged to be the initiating referral source and the one placing the call to the ACCESS Team.
Please do not submit paper SPOA referrals any longer as a request for services. Instead, please call (315) 463-1100. Thank you.
